Materials Used

We offer wide range of CNC machining services on a wide range of materials and metals.

  • Aluminum: Aluminum alloys, such as 6061-T651, 7075-T651, & 2024-T351, are commonly used. It is Low density & has resistance to corrosion.

  • Stainless Steel: Stainless steel is well-suited for a wide array of CNC machining projects, due to its excellent machinability and outstanding uniformity.

  • Steel Alloy: Steel Alloy 4140 is a low alloy steel containing chromium, molybdenum, and manganese. It is an excellent material choice due to its toughness.

  • Steel Mild Low Carbon: Low carbon steel, also known as mild steel, contains up to 0.30% carbon. This gives the material low strength while making it more ductile.

  • Titanium: Titanium is a popular material for CNC machining due to its excellent strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility.
